The two most reactive words in "fuel enhancement paradigm" today- "Nano" and "Quantum". But I think you will catalyze them into your final advertising copy.
And if you can't use Zirconium, better use a Neodymium magnet some how. And Rosicrucians, and 2012, and pyramids.
Maybe you could claim that the "New Paradigm in fuel enhancement is to lower the cholesterol level of your gasoline by using Quantum theory to Nano react with the Zirconium, catalyzing the reaction between the Rosicrucians and the Pyramids."
