I have been selling the Flaming River tilt columns for $350.00. This gives you tilt, and then you do have to use a more modern steering wheel. But you have have a lot of options as to the wheel.
The steering column is 1-3/4" in dia, you usually have to slightly modify the U-bracket under the dash.
