What steering wheels from other vehicles fit the Dodge P.W.?

My knees hit the steering wheel when I step on the brake pedal of my truck and I am only 5' 11".My son is 6' 7" and he won't even fit inside the truck at all..Will the steering wheel maybe from a sweptline truck,van,valiant,dart,etc interchange with the original as some of those were designed with the center two or three spokes that make them a little higher and might work out good.Those cabs are pretty small.
