I don't have any hard dimensions but the frame mounting point is a foot plus below the bottom of the grille, I would have built the bumper with a little less angle (smaller top deck) but I was afraid that if I went to pushing on something it would act as a hinge and not only push the top of the bumper back in, but destroy all of my coolers and the intercooler in the process. I did add a couple of more kickers to the core support ears for a little more bracing.
