Check your local machine shop for someone that will make a house call. A lot of machinist do work on the side. Now that Christmas is close, that may be a leverage for you. They will also need to check and determine if the block is cracked as well and can also service the seat once installed. This is probably cheaper than buying the expensive tool you'll use one time.
