yes, I am glad we agree on that, they are a good designed axle. Fully serviceable and they last a LONG time, the last year dodge use them was under the 1993 Cummins powered trucks, IMO it is the last of the "good" trucks.
I also agree with you about the ball jointed 1994 and newer trucks.
