All personally owned Military Vehicles can be registered as a historic military vehicle. Photos have to be taken and the vehicle must be painted correctly for when it served in the military it is treated the same as an antique vehicle tag with mostly the same restriction. usually the hood number is the tag number. you can get the military vehicle tag or run it without it and use the month year tag which is 1 by 3" it is not that common to see one registered that way and even the tag office has to be reminded that they register them that way
