That's a Gear Vendor. It actually came on the 93 W350 I bought. I used it for a year or so towing huge loads but when I twin turbo'd that truck....the Gear Vendor didn't like it much! Ha Ha! :) :)
It started leaking fluid on one of my trips home from the IA Rally towing a W500 & so I removed it in Spokane & had it rebuilt by GV. I loved that OD but my advice is not to use it with more than about 400hp, 800lbs of torque, even though Gear Vendor will tell you it'll be fine.
