At your beckoning call sire. First thing I would check before taking it back to the dealer is to take a look at the main electrical connector on the drivers side of the trans case. It might be weeping and running over the edge then following along the trans pan rail leading them to think it’s a leaking pan joint. With the factory applied sealant it is very rare to have a leak at the pan. Be sure to look over the speed sensors on the side of the case & also the fill tube. If you end up taking it back to the dealer be sure they are using the actual Mopar ATF RTV not just some standard engine RTV…it won’t hold up against the slippery synthetic ATF+4.
