Paint options are endless, Powder coat is not. Paint has been around for thousands of years, powder coat has not. Truck came with paint (and most likely some rust)not powder coat. If powder coat was the end all-beat all to top coating, it would be on vehicles today that come from the plant. Paint can be touched up or re-done for pennies on the dollar, powder coat cannot. I am a bit of a traditionalist, I really don't know much about powder coat. But everything I've seen of it up close and personal, I'm not impressed (yet) Doesn't mean I won't be at some point. I like staying with the tried and true.
