I have never been lucky controlling a tiny brush painting within the confines of the raised letter edges on knobs. My Power Giant knobs have been painted, but the letter on each knob needs to be made black. I am going to try this procedure this winter. Artist and office supply places have dry transfer lettering and blank sheets. This is the stuff on a release paper that you rub the reverse side with a stylus and transfer the colored material to a surface. This should be easy to control as its a dry transfer, no liquid flowing. Once the letter are blacked in, I plan to shoot the knobs with Clear coat.
