You will end up eating up a lot of the inside of the cab with the 5.9L Cummins unless you preserve the firewall of the FFPW and add sheet metal extensions to the radiator cowl. I also considered the Cummins 6 cylinder but didn't want to modify the external appearance of the PW. It is a much longer engine than the original 230s and 251s. I have seen one of these done.
