Most are using a Chevy 2 wheel drive gearbox and powersteering pump from Summit Racing and doing it themselves, the dodge stuff leaked when it was new right off of the transporter, it wont turn the tires if they fall in a deep dry rut, the PSC gearbox and pump requires some fabbing but its worth it, you get all new/or rebuilt blueprinted parts with boosted psi to run the hyda assist cylinder, plus the cross over conversion gives you all new joints and tie rods, I have one conversion i copied by going to the Sweptline site and looking up the red crewcab conversion, it actually used a 1978 Ford 4x4 Steering gearbox that was sent up to PSC in Fort Worth Texas for boosting and i purchased a new cylinder and new boosted power steering pump and larger capacity fluid container, this is critical, dont try to skimp on this, the lines were made up at a Car Quest and I modded a dodge power steering bracket off of a 1991 3500 ram, i can turn the wheel at idle and it will move the truck sideways if in a rut or against a tree or rock, this is basically the rock crawler set up, you could go to Pirate4x4.com and look for help in the dodge section as well, good luck, oh yea, not cheap, going to cost you about $1500 but its well worth it or was to me. The very weak dodge factory set up is a waste of time and money and a built in leaking sack... call PSC and see what they can set you up with, you also need a new steering shaft if you go to crossover steering with a ujoint in the middle since you are moving the gearbox'x location. Look on sweptline.org, not norms site, the other one where people actually have done this conversion and post tech and pictures. Good Luck
