Ah, so Brunhoff must have made these fancy customized plug-cutters with the merchant's name on them so they'd look impressive sitting on the front counter.
"Cintlo" is actually "Cinti.O", or "Cincinnati, Ohio". I googled them and they made a lot of cigar tip cutters, cigar displays, and some soda pop stuff, all pretty fancy. See the link, and scroll down, for a close-up of their seal on another product.
