The tag shows optional equipment added, probably by some custom shop, maybe the outfit that made a fire truck out of it. Not sure what's special about the "Fuel pump", but "Radio suppression" probably was a package of stuff to suppress ignition noise and regulator noise for the sake of a radio, such as would be needed on a fire truck. It might have included filters at the ignition coil, voltage regulator, and/or alternator, maybe some heavy grounding straps between parts that don't normally get a dedicated ground strap, like between body and frame, or maybe even some shielded wires. Some of that stuff might still be on the truck, or it might not.
