That's a High Output Leece-Neville Alt.
I'm pretty sure that's part of the rectifier bridge your referring too.
I don't see a radio filter in the picture.
The freeze plug is a rubber replacement temporary type.
Install in block and tighten the nut which swells the rubber to seal.
Remove by first loosening the nut then pull out.
The fuel pump I have no Idea.
Unless there is an Electric one you have not found yet.
