The new open air,low energy,eco-sustainable dealerships are low carbon footprint compliant. we should qualify for some Stimulus money.
Also if you spread the total emmissions output over the life of the vehicle. A vehicle that has been sitting in a field contributing zero emmissions should have a bundle of CO credits accumulated. But NO don't tell that to Al Gore he wants me driving around in a hamster ball.
