They are greedy and care ONLY about making money. That is too bad about the 1958 Packard. What a waste. People are so wasteful/destructive. I worked in the trade in department for a car dealership. Each week they would junk a dozen cars.ten out of the twelve were good runners.If a trade in came in that was 1989 or older it did not have much of a chance and was certain to end up going to the junkyard.When I got laid off I went to the junkyard and bought a car they had sent out of there.A 1989 Oldsmobile with 80,000 original miles that an old woman had bought new.It has been a really good car for me.
They sold it to the junk yard for $250 and the Junkyard sold it to me for $800. The dealership would not sell it to me .What a damn scam.We really are wasteful
