The pic was of a windshield frame, all one piece.

I'm thinking you missed the inner 90° bends where the two panels come together. It is inside of the header panel, you can feel it if you remove a wiper motor cover.

I'll draw a pic, photo it, post to Imageevent, and link here. Back in a couple minutes, if the camera batteries haven't died. again.

Okay, done. Thumbnail, I hope, for dial-uppers.

Does this pic jibe with what others have/ have seen?
