No issues whatsoever with Power Steering fitting without mods. I have never done AC.
With that said, I believe with creative compressor mount fabrication and mounting of condenser and evaporator, all will fit. It may be a little tight. Have you looked at units for vintage vehicles ? I have heard that they are much smaller in size. A name of 'Vintage Air' sticks in my mind ???
