I hope the best for you and your WC-53. It always seems that the problems come to the people who are not at fault. We have been trying to get rid of a bum in our condo who quit paying his condo dues 5 years ago. He declared bankruptcy 3 times, didn't honor any of the bankruptcy agreements and is going to lose title to the bank. Now he is trying to sue our condo association with slander because the local newspaper did an article about what a loser the guy is. He is suing me personally because I am an officer of the condo association! If you add it up, this guy owes each owner about 1200 bucks.
