Living in Idaho for the last 40 years, I have come to regard certain companies and their products as basic staples to success in working, hunting, fishing,or just plain recreating outdoors in the winter. Two of these are White's Boots and CC Filson Outerwear. Eddie Bauer dropped off the list several years ago. To my disdain, I have seen "Imported" in the description of more and more of Filson's products. All of their boots are now imported. It seems like the only way to get something that is domestically manufactured is to move to China.
