Hey it's not just you guys, we have same problems in Oz. It makes the end user part of quality control - you test it and if it works it's good quality - if it doesn't work and you fix it - it's cheap control - if you take it back and yell the place down every time, the store eventually gets the message - whether the message goes back to the supplier is anyone's guess.
