How are you supposed to practice? How are you supposed to hunt? No wonder you're overrun with deer. Do they allow archery hunting? Throwing a net over them? Wrastling them to the ground and slitting their throats?

If the deer are pests and the bleeding-hearts won't let humans kill them, then what you need are some wolves. Get one pair of those Canadian wolves like the Fish & Wildlife service turned loose in Idaho, and within a few years the deer will be very scarce.
