Dave, in Indiana you are really supposed to have title in hand when you take a junker to the scrap yard, some scrap yards somehow get around it but I know the junk yard about 5 miles from me wants the title before he will take it. If it is a parts truck I would buy, if for the road I would pass. I have had several parts trucks but I always cut them up before I take them to scrap yard. Fleabag!!
