Retainer clip and conduit holder

Anyone,

Im running wiring from under the dash to the new blinker swith mounted tothe steeering column. To sleeve the wire I wanted to place them in 3/8, 1/2" painted tubing. I've seen a retainer clip that attaches to the steering column and also to the conduit. Anyone seen or know where I can find such a thing?
