Open your turn signal switch. You will find 3 contacts for the pilot light. Two of the contacts are for right/left turns, the 3rd is for the 4 way flashers. Since the 4 ways work, the bulb is good. This leaves dirty contacts, worn or broken contacts for the right left turn. The turn signals are used so much more than 4 ways, I woudl look for the worn or broken contacts. It could be they just need to be bent a little to make better contact
