Having recently finished the resto on my '52 PW "kirkwood", I have been driving it a lot.
I noticed if I get the speed up to 45-50, the wiper arms will often "blow back" and turn backwards on the top of the cab.
Is this from the springs in the arms being "tired" and not having enough down pressure on the glass? Or is it inherent in the design?
