I don't know if it helps, but I found the cup kits for the 1 1/4"-1 3/8" combo cylinders at CarQuest. I cannot seem to find where I put the part numbers..
Funny thing, mine rusted all up after sitting for 20+ years...the old fluid smelled like bad apple juice.
