I think that was the biggest one made. After that the bigger ones were 12 cylinder and twice the CID. I used to drive a GMC fire truck with the V12. It ran pretty well but really sucked fuel in a big way. I don't recall what the mileage was but I don't think we even got 2 MPG out of it.
