sell the (part it out on ebay) truck and order a used 3.9 cummins from Adelmans in Chicago, the 5.9 is too long for Sweptlines unless you butcher them up, keep the dana 60 in the truck and install it in a sweptline for power steering /crossover steering and disc brakes, then add Pauls type hydra boost brakes and you have a easy roomy swap without all of the hacking to firewalls, w200 sweptline has plenty of room for the 3.9 4 cylinder cummins.
