The only differences will be in the cab mounts and the radiator mounting between these years. These will not be a problem and should only take a few minutes to understand the differences and what needs to be done to get around them. The 48 has wood cab mounts while the 68 has rubber. If I am correct the rear cab mount on the frame are mounted lower on the frame in 68. The 68 has the radiator mounted slightly forward compared to the 48 to allow for the 251 engine. The frame cross member should be the same. and you should be able to mount the 48 radiator.
