My advice is to call the manufacture and get their recommendations straight from the horses mouth. You won't have to worry about an "opinion" from someone above you. Try to get it in writing. Very seldom someone can argue with the vendor who built it. In the nuclear industry the NRC accepted vendor recommendations almost without question.
