Its time toget rid of that thing and get a real lift if your teaching kids. We have lifts that stay up as long as we want them. Rotary lifts. The best. I know alot of guys that have above ground lifts but if you work with them every day a inground is the only way to go. Or at least have somebody look at it. Bill.
