I built my shop to handle serious winter temperatures and stay cool in the summer.
The side walls have high density 6" insulation and are wrapped in Tyvek. The ceiling has 14" of high density insulation. OSB sheets are fastened to the bottom of the trusses with batons to assure they will never sag. MY shop is T Shirt warm in the serious winter and nice and cool in the summer.
