Do they have the angled bracket attached to the body that fits around the output shaft? Without this bracket the rear of the motor will sit too low and may cause the problem you describe. With the needed bracket in place, the rear of the motor will sit quite a bit higher and the output shaft will pass through the cab skin at an angle instead of perpendicular. The angle of these brackets match the angle on the bezel that covers the output shaft on the outside of the cab.
