ED I would start talking to the owner and get the feeling of how he feels [ price wise]about the truck. We all want to get one for 500 bucks. Just keep asking ??? and you may just find the right offer. Remember you can always go higher, after the offer is made you cant go lower. Good Luck. Bill.
