I used some from Grote. They are the traditional beehive style, mounted to a strip of rubber. The bottom of the rubber is riveted to a small steel angle bracket that screws to the roof. This makes a flexible mount. I have 3 on the roof of my Power Wagon, and have never broken one off yet. If a tree branch hits one, it just bends down and pops right back up. They are very utility looking, which I think fits our trucks perfectly.
