I found a good floor jack and a square block of wood works great in lifting a cab corner to replace cab wood blocks. I've used this method on both PW's and the M37. After removing the cab bolt nuts, place the jack under the truck, put the block on the jack and lift on a solid point of the cab bottom/floor gently. Once to have the pressure off the block it will slide out (room on the PW's was tight to get it in and out), or you can jack it up enough to slip in some additional spacers.
