I would concur, raising the front of the cab looks to be the correct part for you. Not that this means anything, but is the gap between the cab and the running board consistent from front to back? It looks like (from the shadows) that you have less gap in the front vs the rear.
The other possibility is adjusting the rear of the fenders down.
Oh, are those socks that white or are those your legs? Ha Ha.
