The engine is a 218 [217.76] cubic inch straight 6 cylinder engine that was originally installed in a 1950 B-2-B 108 inch wheelbase 1/2 ton Dodge truck. Bore is 3-1/4 inches, stroke is 4-3/8 inches. 2##5169 is the serial number for that engine. Your 48 PW had a 230 cubic inch engine, so this one will be slightly undersized for your PW.
