Almost same set up
Same surplus tire, hard to tell about lift, could be stock but no more than 4 inches
rims cant say, they look wider than stck wheels, but 9.75x16.5 at max
I ran that same combo on a 75 w200 with no lift and the front tires rubbed very badly at full flex. So i had the front springs reached 3 inches or so and cut the fender as far back as possible, cut the front of the fender off at the top of the side marker light. Took out the stock rear springs and replaced with W100 springs and a 2 inch block(100 spring 1" thick, 200 springs 3 inches thick), truck still sagged in back a little so got overload shock for rear but redrilled holes so shocks stood stait up. That made the truck sit level, this was a trail truck and was not set up to carry any weight besides spare tire and tools. trimmed rear fender wells due to tires rubbing on front edge
The final set up cleared 15/38x16.5's on 9.75 wide rims with no rubbing, alot of flex, and done on a 17 year olds budget, semigloss black paint sprayed on bottom bellow body seem hide torch makes and it looked ok from abou a 1/2 mile or so
