Is this the first PW you have looked at? I'd look at several more before taking the plunge. The price is not bad but it is not good either. You might end up spending much more than 4K to get it driveable. If you do the math, you could spend that money and get into a good driving rig for less. If it needs that much work, are you able and willing to do it? It will cost lots to have the work needed done professionally. If you just want a driver, there are M-37's available in that shape for a lot less money.
