We've had 6 inches of snow here in Kansas. I've had the 1974 D200 out in it some with its Dana 60 4.10 rear end. I've got a question as to the wheels spinning. I have noticed at times in the snow and it seems like its when I am turning only one wheel will really spin. Is this common or do I have something not right with the rear end? If I am in a straight line and hammer down it will leave 2 deep marks in the snow and rooster tails from both tires. Hows the limited slip work exactly in a situation like snow? And how is this setup on a truck different then the Sure Grip in the Muscle cars? The insides of this rear end look way different then the schematic of the sure grip. I thought this was called the Trak Lock System but not sure exactly what I have?!
