Are the M37 axels the same as the Powerwagons

Can anyone tell me if the M37 front and rear axels are the same as the POWERWAGON. Can I just switch the whole housing. Are the ring and pinion the same?????
I was thinking of buying a set from a M37 to enable me to get up tp raod speads....any Ideas ? If so,What years will fit?
