Depends. For $4500 it should be in very good condition. Check out the M37/43 classifieds at www.bigelectric.com to compare. Note: Location affects $ of rthe M37's. They are more plentiful in some areas.

P.S. Check the welds where the upper ambulance body roof meets the side walls and the storage boxes for rust then check the exhaust manifold for cracks - especially if the front exhaust hanger is broken/missing. Good Luck:)
