I found the following truck for sale. Truck is just outside Boulder, Colorado. Dodge D700, 5th wheel, SN 1780149XXX (don't know the year), V-8 (owner wasn't sure what engine it has, but NOT original engine), 540D trans, split rear (solenoid needs attention, gears ok), air brakes.
