There have been numerous pics of modified PWs using power assist in the PWA and this forum.I have a late70s (trashed)ford 4x4 3/4 ton unit(draglink-ram)but frequently find older dodge units on 2wd trucks.
I want to know if anyone has had experience with the late 60s to early 70s dodge units and if so,have they ever had to rebuild them and if the parts are available.What use are a dozen older power assist units if they need rebuilding but parts can't be found to rebuild them.I would surely try to purchase them off the older non-running trucks if I knew I could get parts to rebuild them if they needed it. By the way what year F-700 is your unit off of?
