I think I was the one who informed you that the NV4500, 2WD version with yoke, is about 20" long, or about 10" longer than the NP420. Clearly too long if bellhousing stays in stock location and TC is not to be moved. AA would have exact dimensions. Howver, conceivably a V8 could allow bellhousing rear face to be up to 4" forwards, thus allowing an ultra short approx. 7" jackshaft. Likewise a 4 cyl. Cummins might allow a NV4500.
