trans ID question

I just picked up an NP trans out of the back of an M43. Wondering how to ID. It's got the short output shaft(that's what got my interest for my repower). Dated "5 24 62". Four speed with the 6.xx(6.68?) low, 1-1 high. PTO output is on the passenger side. Cast iron top, not aluminum. Is this a 435, 420, ??? How can I tell? If any measurements or other numbers would help just let me know.
